About this app

ClubLink is the portal that connects you to your clubs.

To get started simply download ClubLink, choose Add Member and then scan the QR code provided by your club or enter the phone number used when you registered / joined your club to receive an SMS.

Repeat this for all of the clubs that you and your family members belong to.


*Please note: the ClubLink app is a portal between you and your club. If you are prevented from booking classes or have queries about your memberships or fees then please contact your club directly.

Why have the numbers gone? The app works OK for me, booking classes, but as of a few days ago I can no longer see the number of available spaces in a class or, if I am on a waiting list, how high I am on the list. I hope that this is a bug that will be quickly fixed, not a deliberate change. Update 10 May 2024: the numbers have returned.

I managed to download the free app and book a place on a swim session quickly. All I needed was my phone number and the system found me straight away. I did find it a little tricky to see the times for sessions and have reported the problem via the app. Happy I can now book in for a swim, see how many places are booked without having to call the centre each time.

Absolute shocking app. DO NOT USE!! It asked me to verify, so I did with my phone number and when tapped on my gym it came up with another person's details. Logged out, did the same again, and AGAIN had me logged in with some one else's details from another club. I did this 6 times and each time I was logged in at different gyms with different peoples information. This is a major personal security breach of people's information. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!
