The app was simply terrible on both my phone and when I arrived at the actual location on their technology. The technology used seemed to be quite outdated, but I have to admit, the place itself was actually quite great overall.

I would only be able to give to experience three stars. The property was run down, carpets were dirty. Staff was nice, no one stood out as being outstanding. Food was okay, all the meats were undercooked (always raw or rare), pastries were very good. we were unable to get a reservation in the sit-down restaurant. overall impression was that of a tired old cruise ship. I would not waste money on another club med vacation.
