Impossible to log in. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. I have a new samsung s22 ultra. I cannot log in but I am able to log in on the website with same credentials. UPDATE. Not able to sign in if choosing English version when set up. BUT able to sign in if choosing Spanish versions. Many other bugs

If you are here due the problem Incorrect Information Try again Remove and reinstall the app, or wipe app's data (cache). Then open app and DON'T select English international, select Mexico. Continue the verification process and will take you to the home screen. Then already logged, you can go to Configuraciones to switch to International - English. It work for both Android and iOS.

Can't sign in. I can sign in on a web browser but not this app. Multiple attempts and confirmation of password etc. were made. It lets me enter the password the first time, then asks for a confirmation code at my email and my password again, this always fails... I can never get past this point. Literally unusable!
