Ratings and reviews

The same complaint as others. When I go to schedule a session I can click on the session, but it just spins and spins. I have to completely close out the app and open it back up for the session to show up scheduled! I uninstalled the old app I had and reinstalled the only app available and it still does the same thing! Did you rename the new app? Is it really that hard to fix from your end? Very frustrating! This is such a a bad app! 😡

I put my username and password into the app and click login. It spins for a second then nothing. Just can't get past the login page. My login info works fine from the website. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app with the same outcome.

I'm unable to log into the app, although my credentials are correct it. It won't go past the log in page ?
