My username email has a '+' character (which is valid) however when I try to enter the character it gets removed from the text field so I can't login.

The "pay and go" stopped working. It was good at first, but the last 3 times I tried to pay it didn't work.

This app has gone downhill . Placing a to go order never works and lots of my promotions don't either. My VIP points have virtually just disappeared. What a shame as I go to Starbucks almost daily .. but they'll send a survey after each visit and no compensation?? If I can't accumulate points and can't make use of promotions, then it's a waste of space and completely useless. There is no option to give ZERO stars
