This is a good app to check the schedules but there is a lot of information missing, like what exactly is the close-up stage? And the biggest problem is that there is an icon to add performances to a calendar so I spent a lot of time adding performances to my calendar but then there's no way to review the calendar! It's a useless, broken feature that would be super helpful if it worked.

I could not access my tickets and was advised to re-download the app. Now, I can't even get passed the first page of terms. I have tried at least a dozen times over the past few days. No access to app, no access to lineups, no access to tickets and no help to get it fixed. I have had the app for 7 years and this is the first year that problems have started.

Can't even get the first page to completely show when you open the app. I would give no stars if possible. This is where we are supposed to get the tickets we purchased. Need a fix! Update, I emailed support. They suggested making font smaller. So far it seems like it fixed it
