I'm unable to access my tickets via the CMA app, nor the TM app. these two apps do not and won't connect. I'm not sure how to access my tickets for the fest this coming Thursday/week. I've accessed different wi-fi's, turned off and on my router/modem and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I'm freaking out and am getting more upset each time I try!!!

This is a good app to check the schedules but there is a lot of information missing, like what exactly is the close-up stage? And the biggest problem is that there is an icon to add performances to a calendar so I spent a lot of time adding performances to my calendar but then there's no way to review the calendar! It's a useless, broken feature that would be super helpful if it worked.

I could not access my tickets and was advised to re-download the app. Now, I can't even get passed the first page of terms. I have tried at least a dozen times over the past few days. No access to app, no access to lineups, no access to tickets and no help to get it fixed. I have had the app for 7 years and this is the first year that problems have started.
