Hello Express. I am not a fan of this new app. The design is very confusing, and it looks very cheap. I have a notice pinned to the top of my page that says I missed a loan payment. I have never missed a payment EVER! From my understanding, the new app was to improve the way we do banking. Was that for the customer? Or for the bank? It feels like everything is on top of each other. Upon opening the app, the color dots do not help! Let's get more feed back this is just my opinion.

Don't even live in the area any more & have been through 5 other financial institutions. This one is by far the best and the app is great to use
