I think the app is great! Although, I feel the symptoms bit is a bit vague - I don't really know what they mean by some of them, especially the arm, hand, leg and ankle weakness and the fine control of hands... I also think it should have different options for the pain, because my pain isn't always in the same place everyday. The surveys seem good - although I haven't had the chance to fill a lot of them out yet

While the zip code issue has been fixed, I'm still having issues with the app. I was going to enter my symptoms today, but it says it's having trouble retrieving data, and to check my wifi/data. My wifi is working, but I tried using data (full bars), and still got the same message.

Useless app. I just got diagnosed and recently moved to another state. I don't have a treating physician or hospital yet. And because I don't have these yet I can't even register to use this app. What is the purpose of this app if we are forced to give info most don't have?? When I was diagnosed there wasn't a treating doctor within 400 miles of me. Now there's one closer but I have other more important things to deal with.

We're sorry to hear that you are having issues with the app. If the treating physician and treating hospital questions asked about during the registration process are not applicable to you, please just put 'N/A' in the text box. You should then be able to proceed through the registration and start using the app. Hope that helps!
