I'm a big fan of the bank - I've had nothing but good experiences with the tellers, account managers, tech support, etc. But this app is terrible for one simple reason - every 2-3 weeks, I'll get a general login error that requires me to reinstall the app to fix. I called support (who were professional & kind) and they confirmed that they too had to reinstall every month or so. Fix this one bug and it's 5 stars. In case it helps: S25 Ultra, Android 15, One UI 7.0

One of the worst Apps I've used in the 21 Century. It's inexcusable that in 2024 City National thinks it's OK to have an app that continually closes, blanks, and just stops working. Not once have I used this App without a problem. Making deposits is so frustrating and takes SO LONG because City National is too cheap to upgrade their app. BoA app is so user friendly, quick and efficient, so I know the technology is out there. Banking is so important, shame on you CNB for this subpar app.

Constantly crashes and sends me back to login. Tried all fixes, including uninstalling and reinstalling, and restarting. I have android phone and tried app on on my husband's iPhone, and it is not much better. Sometimes I am able to make a mobile deposit from his phone but it takes multiple attempts and crashes. I cannot even make it through a complete deposit on the android without it crashing.
