At least you tried The gui is horribly jumbled and awkward to use. The graphics remind me of a 90's website. I feel like I'm using a poor man's version of a banking app. By the time you can deposit a check with this app, like every other banking app ever, checks will be completely obselete.
New update is junk. Since I'm stuck with this update I might as well have you guys fix all the problems. We will start with the bill pay problem. Why is it under activity it shows the date the bill will be pay and not the date it's coming out of our account. I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure most people want to balance a check book. When I have a pay check paying my bills on Friday I sure as hell need to know what is coming out that week. Not the day it's gonna get there. Switch the date so it's the other way around please.
Can't see my account info Each time I try to see my balance information it flashes the information very quickly and then goes back to the summary page. Also, I have overdraw protection and for some ridiculous reason, it shows the balance in addition to the over draft protection included as well as pending transactions. So unless I'm near a computer I can't see my actual balance. Can't transfer or do any online banking. It is completely useless. I went to the bank and they basically told me they are aware of how awful the app is.
You need to make it so you can add a memo when doing a bill pay or cross transfer. You can do it from a regular computer but not from the app..... makes no sense. App is just ok.... I've seen better apps.
Older version was better The updated version I find much more difficult to use. Interface is not as user friendly, I dont like the way account history displays.
Update won't let Make Transfers This Update really confused me I can't even make tranfers anymore with my service data. I'm gonna be ending my services with cnb anyways I just don't like the way they operate. When I go to there bank the manager there always has a smart mouth and is always questioning me. This bank is a waste of time for anyone reading this.
