RomeNY 311 is a mobile app that allows one to report, while at the scene, non-emergency problems with their smartphone. You can take up to three pictures of the problem and choose from the following list of categories to describe your message. Your location will be sent along with your message. When the problem is corrected an email will be sent you.

Fantastic app for reporting issues in the city of rome. I reported several potholes to notify the city and they were patched within just a few days.

Sent message of numerous potholes in alley behind house. App gives no indication if the message was successfully sent.
