Co-Ofline is an one-stop solution business app designed for the need of local market merchants. Merchants can use the app to create and manage their shop, list products, handle pre-orders, update product status, opening or closing the shop and track key data through the dashboard. Additionally, merchants along with their managers and staffs can efficiently manage daily operations.
Merchants face three key challenges : limited products visibility, inefficient operations due to lack of integrated solutions and increased complexity from relying on fragmented tools and systems. These problems are briefed below.
Visibility : Many products in shops are not selling due to the lack of a marketplace to display all available products or services. This limits customer awareness and reduces potential sales.
Operation : The lack of affordable integrated solutions and occasional shortages of human resources result in inefficient operational management and difficulties in coordinating tasks.
Fragmented : Billing software on desktop or tablet, invoice machines, token display system, payment software & Google Business etc. This creates cost burden & complexity in operation.
