Tabata Coaching offers a simple and personalized approach to organizing and tracking exercise sessions.
The coach creates customized programs using photos, voice prompts, and a Tabata timer configured for each exercise.
For members, access is intentionally simplified: no complex registration is required. A code provided by the coach grants direct access to the program.
The application offers two modes of use:
- an in-person mode, to complement the guided sessions;
- a home mode, to allow for continued exercise between sessions.
Notifications help members keep track of their scheduled home workouts.
Tabata Coaching was designed to be accessible to everyone, including those less comfortable with digital tools, thanks to its clear and intuitive interface.
