Nearly everything you can do from our web portal can now be handled instantly whether you’re at home, at work, or on the go.

I find it odd that a well established company can't keep its website/app and phone service in working order. Every time I try to use any of these "services" to make a payment it's ALWAYS down. If you are our only option for power you would think you could atleast stay updated and fully capable of accepting payments from us, your customers.

App loads, but wont allow payments. Just says "payments aren't accepted at this time" app is totally useless. Pay as you go plan, if that makes any difference.

I love this app, it makes it so easy to make payments, and they're instantly applied to my bill. And you can make even the smallest payment; this app will even allow payments of less than 1 dollar. I can check my daily usage here, and it even allows you to compare your current usage to the prior years usage, and you can change the settings to text or email you if your usage goes over a certain amount.
