The new app is just absolutely trash. it will never load up. never you anything. only thing I can do is still turn my card on and off but it just absolutely is aggravating. it will not load up my account information to where I can read it. it just spins and spins. I hate this app. I hate it ever since the merger with whoever they merged with

I preferred the separate business and personal account apps. Switching back and forth is difficult now because it is not recognizing the biometrics easily when I'm trying to use a different account. It keeps logging me into my previous account when I'm trying to switch, between personal and business,even when I put in the different user name.

now locked out of my account, and the only way to unlock is to come in. now I have no access to my money until I finish my job and get back home. no problems for years new app now problems.
