The recent update to the coast capital app is less than stellar. To send any kind of transfer, I have to log into my laptop. The mobile app just doesn't work trying to transfer money. Same thing for my boyfriends app. Something to seriously fix. I shouldn't have to log into my computer to transfer money. Along with multiple other parts of the app that simply don't work anymore. Really garbage update.
Mobile cheque deposit not working. Looks like it is not activating camera. Issue persists after restart and reinstallation of the application. Clearing cache didn't make a difference. S7 Edge. Have to allow permissions in app settings for it to work.
Takes 10minutes to get the required quality of cheque image for deposit-on-the-go. Camera technology lag others. Often ideal lighting isn't available but sufficient. Angle shots are necessary due to lighting therefore image distortion should be accommodated.
Good app but recently hard to get into my account. Constantly giving me server errors. Timed out from waiting for servers. Could not log in. Please fix this problem.
Biggest complaint, it is reprehensible on a banking app to have to change screens to enter a decimal point! On my galaxy S7 the cheque photo deposit works fine.
The app works well, quickly and concisely, for what I need to do. It looks like others have problems with mobile cheque deposits, but as I haven't used that yet, I can't say anything...
