New app is not user friendly. To find & add a coupon takes forever and 10 clicks. There is no order what so ever, no option to search/sort and there is no reason to open a description window when adding a coupon. I can click on the product if I need the info. Small complaint but it takes time when adding multiple coupons. The old app was much easier; search bar, click add and done. Maybe rethink this new app or automatically put the all coupons on the loyalty cards to make life easier.

new app doesn't work.. tried many times to get it to log in. keeps saying that my email isn't found. tried to reset password doesn't send the code. very disappointing 😞 for sure. very frustrating! now I can't get my more rewards!!

The old More Rewards app was adequate but Coborn's insisted I install this app. First of all, if I wanted cookies, I'd go to Kwik Trip. 🤷‍♂️ Secondly, how many times are you going to ask for my Zip Code? Thirdly, the weekly ad viewer is still unwieldy. One must scroll forever to get to the departments I want. Why can't you have page views of the printed ad? Or at least install ez shortcuts to departments?
