At first use I thought it was a really nice app for practicing for the usmle and it was free. But after a lot of usage you can realize that beyond the first sets of questions in each category there are a lot of errors in the questions and in the answers. I try to report mistakes often using their email, but never got an answer or any update in the app.

Questions with figures are not showing the figures. For example, when asked to choose which chest x-ray is likely to belong to a patient, no x-rays are visible! Makes it kind of hard to use

Unlock the levels ahead step wise like you are in a game. Free of cost. Occasional ads. Overall good aap with difficult scenario questions☺️
