A terrible experience with Coco Wallet. At first, they lure you in with welcome bonuses and rewards for inviting friends, but then they change the rules or even revoke everything without clear explanations. I just tried making my first transfer (after successfully recharging my account) and I keep getting an error. I contacted support services and they haven't answered me. Update: The platform was presenting technical errors. Support services contact me back to troubleshoot the error with me and at the end I could send the money.

Absolute scam. They say in all their ADs that you can send physical cash to Valencia. You can not see the available destinations before you put money in the app. I put 100€ in the app and only then found out Valencia is actually not available anymore, nor will it be. And no I don't want to send to a bank in bolivares, i want physical dollars to home as it was promised to a place they said was available. I've already talked to support and they can't do anything about it. So absolutely scummy.
