Honestly the customer service System is terrible. Right now the app is showing me that the app is too old and no longer supported that I need to go to google play store to update, but there is no update here on google play store. This is so annoying. I regret giving one star to this app. They never respond to WhatsApp chats, the Customer care chat in the app has been disabled for long now, email response is also very slow that is if they ever respond. Restore the chat system in app you had.

Your idea of creating this app is a great one; so also the ease of navigating through the app. Kudos to you for your achievement so far. However, for the vtu app, I think you should add "order review" before the customer finally enters transaction PIN and confirms purchase. By so doing, the customer would be sure of what he/she is buying as well the net cost after the offered discounts have been applied. Regards.

Conversation seems to be one-way...I could understand if the questions were 'probing' , but they are just facts and not really important. I would urge the developers to look into 'Eliza Chatbot' on GitHub...it's a very old program but it works like a charm. The questions it ask are meant to gather more Intel to further the conversation. Also, I tried the web building part of the app...that was quick! Put up a website in about 28 seconds flat - wow! That was super cool 😎
