I'm done. I lost over 8 hours of progress, including completing a timed event that resulted in 150 gems. I tried following the help guild and uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, and it's says to log into your Google play account, BUT there's no place in the game to log in. I'm just done. contacting support got me nowhere, either. they helped on a previous issue, but I got no response, not even by the automatic response system. I'm just done and stuck starting over. Not worth it.

I started playing this game last week, so far it is a fun game and the concept really looks like another game, town ship, but this one is more simple, I like how you still send customers even though they don't get all supplies. My suggestion, cut down the base materials making time like sugar, canes, strawberry. If you want players stay in game, things must need to finish in reasonable time.

First and foremost, this game DRAINS battery QUICK! Within minutes it drains half of my percentage, it's insane. Overall the idea and play of the game are nice as well as the graphics. You don't have annoying ads every 2 seconds the only time you get an ad is if you click the chest yourself. Typically get diamonds, which are very useful. I wish the amount of time to complete items was much less! Also wish you didn't need so much material to complete buildings.
