I will be closing my accounts with COFCU This is the last bit of frustration I'm going to deal with from this credit Union. The app, the website and their phone trees are unusable. I can't log in because they're asking me for answers to security questions I didn't set up. I really don't want to call them because their phone trees are so painful. I just want to act like a child and throw a temper tantrum.
I just updated the app and one of the new features is supposed to be fingerprint login. It does not have this feature.
This app works much better than it did before. The mobile deposit process is now a seamless process. This app still has a way to go but functions well. One recommendation I have is to implement fingerprint authentication.
The app works better than it used to but gets a solid one star for requesting root permissions with no explanation as to why. It functions without having the permission granted so I'm not sure what the point is.
The old app worked well, but with the recent upgrade, I can no longer take images of checks to deposit electronically. Please fix.
Worst bank app ever Don't even think about navigating away from the app as you have to log in each time you go back to it. After so many log ins you are forced out of the app. I have not been satisfied with this app since I downloaded but I feel like I am practically forced to use it.
