App has become childish however with a few tweaks i believe this app will be amazing i love the shyft app i use it on a daily basis and got used to it fast i really appreciate the effort the shyft team puts in to making this app wonderful, well deserved 5- star rating from a daily user thank you.

The updates were a huge down grade on functionality. My work place has used this app for almost a year, but we are now looking into other apps that will work the way this one did before the updates. Please go back to the old layout.

I had the older previous version for just a week and a half. Because literally my job (place of business) just started to use it. Now this new one, I am not liking it as well already!!! We cannot post photos of our shifts like we used to. If you could bring that capability, along with everything the previous version had, it would be great. It is like they forgot what was good in the app already and down graded it. Please fix! Not excited at all.
Used to be a good app. Since the update it has been confusing and amateurish. They really have taken a huge step back. Would not recommend.
Juvenile and you can't comment on posts anymore. It was fine the way it was. This isn't about not being a fan of change, it's about it not being as practical and also it's new childish look. Not impressed.

Hi Charlene, That's tricky timing for sure! We are working to accommodate all of our users based on their requests. You can post photos in the team tab, and you can post a photo of the schedule from the schedule tab (select drop down "photo schedule" and select "new"). Please email us for 1 on 1 support - support@myshyft.com Used to be a good app. Since the update it has been confusing and amateurish. They really have taken a huge step back. Would not recommend.

Hey There! You might have missed a text box on the Schedule post! There is a space that says "Your Schedule Needs a Name" if you click there - this gives you the option to type in a name for your photo schedule post. We are happy to help answer any questions that come up with the update, catch us at support@myshyft.com! Juvenile and you can't comment on posts anymore. It was fine the way it was. Hi Michelle! The update is a big change. We get it. And change can be frustrating, but only at first! You now have an Inbox to show all your 1 on 1 conversations with co workers. - The Shyft team I loved it before but now it's a search just to use anything! There is not functionality when you can't reply to a post to let someone know you take the shift and you have to search deep to find anything. Please go back to the old one. Regardless of the update being more advanced it is way less functional from a consumers point. We don't need a bunch of new features. Just somewhere to post out shifts and be able to respond which is super hard on here now. My job is looking into different apps to get rid of this one. The update turned this awesome app into junk.

-The Shyft team I used to love this app. The update is hideous!! Who in the hell wants things listed out of order? You should have left well enough alone. Doesn't it make more sense to have shifts listed by date ?!?!?! This is the worst app update that I've encountered in a very long time! I'm deleting. No more trying to help others cover their shifts!

Hey Kimberly - We realize it was a big change, and change can be frustrating. But, you have more functionality than ever for sorting and filtering your shifts (use the drop down slider ;-). I think if you spend a little more time, you will realize the app is night and day better than before. Hit me up personally Chris@myshyft.com if you'd like! Hideous update, horrible UI. We need to be able to comment on posts, not sure who thought it was a good idea to remove that. Edit: okay, so apart from a new UI, what exactly makes this better? As far as I can tell, it just removes features (like commenting on posts). This isn't lightyears ahead at all. This is a huge step backwards. Luckily I have an APK from an old version so I can stick to that.

Max - We get it, the update was a HUGE change man! And change can be hard. I would encourage you to really look into the improved and added features. Edit: Max, look at your review history on Shyft, you were a 1 star, then a 5 star (when we sent you that APK :-), now back to a 1 star... we're gonna get you back to 5 star ;-) just be patient pal. New update is sweet! New calendar feature, better shift filtering, better team feed, easier to use - thanks Shyft!

Hey Necole - We know we changed up pretty hard! And change can be frustrating, at first. I would say to try to get used to the app though, and I think you will see that its way ahead of the old version. Using the settings tab to switch teams is the correct way to keep organized. -The Shyft Team I'm the manager in charge of scheduling at work and Shyft has made that so much easier! We also used to have a Facebook group that was used for shift changing and it was very hard to follow. I do wish we had the option to upload schedules in other formats other than picture as I save mine as a PDF and I then have to take a screenshot of that to post. Otherwise it's fantastic and I absolutely love it

Hey Angela, It's just a quicker way to get into your store location. Anyone from your team that's already in your Shyft location can access the location key from their settings and give it to you. You dont necessarily need it though!
