I downloaded the app because it said it was a free coin identifier. When I tried it, it wouldn't identify them because it said you needed a subscription. It said there was a 3 day free trial, but when I did it, they charged me, and after canceling it, it showed there was no chance of a refund. If it was possible, I would give a zero star. This app is fraud in my eyes... it doesn't work properly with or without a subscription and then no ability for refund.

Severely inaccurate and not up to date and lied about free trial. I took multiple pictures of a US quarter, and it returned results of euros and other oversea coins. Tried doing a search instead. It didn't list quarters after 2008. (My quarter was 2017.) In addition, it said 3 day free trial. I was immediately charged the full weekly amount. When I canceled (within 30 minutes), I was told no refund.

like another user, I paid $39.99 for a lifetime subscription that popped up as soon as I opened the app. It was glitchy to get up and running when I finally did open and logged in, I took picture and hit "recognize" and it took me to a subscription page. It has worked I've changed settings, waited and clear cache nothing happened. reached out for refund no response.
