I had an absolutely horrible experience from beginning to end. In a gamble I checked in 4 hundies for crypto. This took around £15 in fees, then high fees for trading. There are very buyers and sellers. The accuracy of the order book/price is very questionable. The wallet doesn't report correctly! Taking out bitcoin costs £60 or so. I took out in Digibyte but the transfer withdrawal was "stuck" for 24 hours??? Support were quick but not overly helpful. When you trade out, you can't take it all.

If I could do less than 1, I would. My account is now suspended. Hans Koppel, customer service has been absolutely useless in making my transition happen. I've been trying to withdraw BTC for now 8+ months, countless emails. I'm told it's technical errors. "They are looking into it" There is no reason that the transaction can't be completed. It's a simple wallet transfer. I believe that this company is holding crypto assets for their benefit and using them to leverage their position.

This app is a complete rip off. You cant withdraw the full amount of what you own, you get fee'd for everything, deposit? Fee, withdraw? Fee, trade? Fee, and the amount charged is absurd. You can't withdraw with anything but e-transfer wiring, the have other cheaper options but they've never worked. If i could give this app -10 stars i would
