Ratings and reviews

KYC via MyInfo is a total fail. When I click on the Singpass qr code to launch Singpass, it brings me to a webpage to ask me to download Singpass when I already have Singpass installed and working well with every app on my phone. Tried manual log in with password, also failed, kicked me out to the MyInfo page. Obviously never test with enough phones before releasing this feature. Back to the drawing boad guys!

Don't bother using this exchange/platform or app. If you're a beginner, there are far better platforms. Don't buy in cos of convenience and for the fact that it's a Singapore-registered platform. Bought a crypto for 35k and saw it drop to 31k within seconds of buying. The margins on buy are so much higher and so damn low on sells. You'll never be able to make a profit on this platform and if you do, it'll be minimal compared to the amount that you can make on other platforms by doing a Send.

This is the worst crypto platform! Its customer service is also useless and hopeless! I've submitted a ticket to inform them that my account has been hacked, followed by 2 emails to request for update of the status of my account. Three days have passed but nobody has replied my emails or contacted me to provide me with an update. They just simply locked my account without informing me and kept silent about the whole thing. I really doubt if this is a safe & reliable system as advertised!
