Ratings and reviews

Out of the 10 times i logged in to the app, 9 times the account doesn't load up. Reading through some of the earlier feedbacks here, it seems Coinhako has acknowledged they are facing technical issues. What is appalling is that these issues does not seem to have been resolved at all. Definitely one of the worst app around to even deserve 1 star.

Terrible. 1) I had to key in my singpass ID and pw manually instead of tapping the qr code. 2) was required me to do additional face verification, but there was an error and the verification process could not be completed. Raised this to customer support in the app, but and they asked for alot of information which is a hassle to retrieve. Serious doubts as to the useability and security of coin hako if they can't even authenticate using singpass. No bona fide counterparty shld have such issues.

Terrible and unstable app. Hardly introduces new coins. Stopped showing selling price. Not recommended at all.
