Ratings and reviews

Needs more work. If I look back at a purchase I've made, it should at least tell me the price that the coin was at when I bought it. Instead it shows the total price I paid and amount of coin so I have to calculate the original spot price. It's not difficult to calculate and would save my switching apps for something that should be built in. Also would be nice to show a total profit/loss in both monetary and % so I can quickly determine if I want to trade sell. Portfolio section?

App has signed me out by itself and tells me my login details "look incorrect" despite them being correct and working on the website. I've checked I'm inputting them correctly numerous times over a number of days so it's definitely the app that's faulty. It's literally now useless. Edit: app now working again. I find it easy to use.

App is very slow and laggy. I have lost count of the amount of times i have tried to transfer crypto to different wallets and the app crashes constantly so i can never transfer my money. There is no help support option available for transfers in the app only for deposits and withdrawals. The good thing they have is the points collected cover transer fees when the transfers work. I managed to transfer without crashing by using the web browser version.
