can't verify id no matter what I try . deleting browser cookies app cache etc tried on browser and app and when I go to verify all I get is a blank screen that won't load nothing so can't even use the account

I really am disappointed one there is definitely something wrong with the app and two when I tried to login on my browser it wouldn't let me when I go in and select the deposit it won't let me choose any what is shown

my experience with Coinjar started off fine until Aug 22nd when they hijacked my account. I tried to send $150 AUD through crypto to another wallet and they intercepted it and deemed it a scam so reversed it. I couldn't appeal the decision and now I can't send any Crypto externally! all because they suspected a scam which it wasn't but hey what does my opinion count for. I've also had problems with their card where I can't create a pin for it and contactless payment is a 50/50 bet with it.
