When scanning, red dot shows in the left circle, when you try to scan side 2, skips that step. same coin 3 different readings. A red dot on the upper right corner remains on constantly, I have no idea what it does. Sorry I paid the yearly fee. Frankly, I forgot to cancel my free trial in time.

As much as I tried, the results were all wrong. This app is unreliable unless you have the correct source of lighting for photographing or scanning coins. Also, the server is overloaded and fails during all hours of the day and night. Highly frustrating! Otherwise, this app is unreliable, and I will not invest in it past the free trial.

I clicked to subscribe to the 7-day free trial, plus $38 per year. After I input my info and payment method, it changed the price to 7-day free trial, plus $38 per month. I emailed customer service several hours ago, but got no reply so far. I don't want to be billed monthly for $38, so I unsubscribed. I enjoyed using it, but it did give me a wrong date several times, and so did their competitor: CoinValueChecker. I'm in a café and the lightning is okay from overhead fluorescents & huge windows
