Ratings and reviews

Only good for the Euro area as you need a SEPA bank account to get your money out of it and you can only sell a minimum of US$200. I have a failed transaction using this app and now it's stuck in "pending" status and I can't do anything with my money and they seem unable to help me. Avoid this app at all costs.

Awful customer service. I sent money to them to release funds to me that were sent to me and they told me they never received it even though it clearly showed on all other crypto tracking platforms it was successfuli.e. block confirmation completed. Then they told me that they finally did receive it and they would refund the money in 7 business days. On 8th day they told me it was 7 to 14 business days. Here on the 15th day. I contacted them and ZERO RESPONSE. THIS COMPANY IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!

Sorry there is no where to log in and out. They didn't even specify witch network to use when sending or receiving crypto for example Tether is this usdt Trc20 or Erc20, very confusing. not recommended at all
