Awful customer service. I sent money to them to release funds to me that were sent to me and they told me they never received it even though it clearly showed on all other crypto tracking platforms it was successfuli.e. block confirmation completed. Then they told me that they finally did receive it and they would refund the money in 7 business days. On 8th day they told me it was 7 to 14 business days. Here on the 15th day. I contacted them and ZERO RESPONSE. THIS COMPANY IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!

The Coinmama app is the most frustrating app to use. It rarely syncs with the wallet. Therefore, I can't buy/sell/send cryptocurrency. Customer support answers quickly but their general response to de/reconnect the wallet is unhelpful.

Very disappointed with the length of time they are taking to deliver my Bitcoin. But they already processed my payment. It's been over 48 hours and I am yet to receive my purchase.
