They solved my issue with the sign in phone number as a new account. However, it is pricey! Bought 75 dollars as a test to see how much fee, etc. I was only able to send 65 dollars, so a total of about 10 dollars! Imagine sending 1000 and you probably lose 100 dollars on fees. I rather stick with my other crypto account.

During installation the app GUI has a message window that blocks the bottom of the code entry area making it impossible to complete. And even after managing to log in, I find it's useless as compared to the website. While I appreciate the response, it's important you know that this issue began months ago so I deleted the app. Last week I installed it again but found nothing has changed

Terrible app and customer service. The app crashes everytime we go to purchase, or it shows a message that something went wrong. Already verified with my bank it's not on their side. I've reached out to customer service x4 which is a voicemail box only and have never received a call back. Bybye app! Update: How is it possible to have a ticket number if your company won't even reach out to me and respond? Doesn't matter anyway I'm using a different app/company that works quite well.
