Ratings and reviews

Been using CoinSpot for over 3 years now. Very satisfied. Smooth functionality of Web and App. Any issues I've had, have been quickly and positively resolved. Some people complain about the margins but that is the price you pay for peace of mind using a world-class service with great fundamentals. Would love to see some extra functionality in the app, like customising what info you see within each token's wallet etc but overall happy, especially with the latest update. See you on the moon...

Originally a 1-star review because the app was so buggy it was unusable. Added 1 star because updates have made the app usable. However, key functionality is still missing, notably order type trades. Without this key functionality, the app is still practically useless.

This is my own experience: great customer support, easily accessible, simple system and analytics. Could improve in a variety of ways, better management of the wallet, ability to keep an eye on multiple cryptocurrencies at once with a widget or something, and there could be clearer graphs, also the ability to customize what kind of information I want in the dashboard. But for simple day trading on the go, it's not a bad app.
