• If Location Services is turned on "only while the app is in use", you will not receive notifications from vending machines or connect with a Coke ON vending machine in the background.
• The app will use GPS in the background to search for Coke ON vending machines nearby. Continuous use of GPS will significantly drain your smartphone battery.

I recently tried to purchase a drink using my Samsung S26 Ultra, but I encountered a frustrating problem. The connection to the payment system would frequently drop, requiring me to repeatedly reconnect. It would often take a considerable amount of time, sometimes around four or five minutes, just to complete a single transaction. Unfortunately, in comparison, the iPhone connected instantly and allowed me to make the purchase hassle-free.This experience really highlighted downsides of android

Loyal customers get a free drink after collecting stamps. There's an option for a monthly subscription service for drinks, mobile payments, using tickets and playing various lotterries by using earned points. The app has some English support and is easy to navigate. The loading screens tend to get in the way sometimes, so that could be improved. The navigation as well, sometimes feels a little redundant.

I've been using Coke ON for a while, and it's been a fantastic experience! The app is easy to use, rewards are fun to collect, and earning free drinks through daily challenges keeps me motivated. The vending machine connection is quick and reliable, making every purchase convenient. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys Coca-Cola products in Japan!
