The convenience of this is really nice if it would work consistently. It's constantly having to reload and losing progress so by the time I'm ready to check out my slot has expired. Very problematic. Right now I've been waiting to check out for half an hour because my cart is sitting in a spinning circle. Been waiting months for an update that actually fixes problems. Gee thanks bunches for letting us rename our shopping lists in the last update.

Works OK, but very annoying in my local Coles where there's no internet access. It constantly drops down a message at the top of the screen saying "no internet access" which shifts the whole list down, right as you're about to tap something. Clearly the product manager/developers have never actually used the app in a store with no internet.

As the website for desktop and phone was again not working I was forced to download the app inorder to to place my order. If there was a zero star rating I would put that. Using the app is very time consuming, and frustrating. It shouldn't take over half an hour to place an order. The app does NOT make my shopping experience "Faster and Easier", it's exactly the opposite.
