They will do everything they can to scam as much money from you as possible. Once you move in, you are barely able to contact anyone have to sleep on floor also and even when moving out i wasnt able to contact the property manager and other people who changed locations. But when it comes to taking money, they are very quick to attack and will take money. Their app and services provided also are useless and ironically, the only thing that works best in this app is the payment process.

App is slow and needs multiple taps to select any option. Service/Support is largely non existent. Almost impossible to speak to a support person. Wifi hasn't been working since the last two months and services requests are ignored. Property managers are difficult to reach to and can ignore your calls.

Horrendous customer service. Absolutely terrible. I booked a room in colive signature towers and paid deposit for it. Now the app(which crashes more than it works btw) is telling me that my order has been cancelling AFTER PAYING THE DEPOSIT????? Have been calling customer care and sales people for a while now. They just forward the call here and there and never pickup. On the rare occasion, they do pick up the call, they will hang up themselves in order not to work.
