Ratings and reviews

They will do everything they can to scam as much money from you as possible. Once you move in, you are barely able to contact anyone especially customer service and even when moving out i wasnt able to contact the property manager and other people who changed locations. But when it comes to taking money, they are very quick to attack and will take money. Their app and services provided also are useless and ironically, the only thing that works best in this app is the payment process.

Horrible experience with colive. they will do a scam with false invoices. they charge me 2 times rent in May month. And when I raise concern with all my bills, then they don't answer and no Customer responses. they scam me around 31k. customer service are very worst and they will charge falsly at the time of security return. I have last option for consumer case against them. please do not go for colive services. If you go then do not deposit any security amount.

Its very poor service provided. There was bare minimum provided that was also not working even after asking to replace or repair nothing happened. They have asked us to vacate the premises and still asking us to pay the monthly bill where I have not even stayed. They even impose excess amount for no reason for something that was not even provided.
