Samsung galaxy s4 App used to work fine on my huawei g610.. Actually tested it and it worked GREAT.. Which was awesome 'cause I'm from Belgium and didn't thought it was going to have the location correct,, but location was exactly right.. Now I recently bought a Samsung galaxy s4,, and now I can't get into the help section.. When I try to open it the app freezes.. Tried to delete and reinstall it,, but that didn't help.. Is it possible to fix this,, so I can use the app again..? I actually miss the app.. Made me feel safe..
Good Idea but it didn't work I downloaded the app to see how it worked so that I could recommend it to women who need it. But unfortunately the app froze on my Galaxy S6 and would not do anything. Its a wonderful idea, but the app definitely needs improvement. Women who truly are in need can't have the app freeze on the 'help' section. Mine didnt get that far, but please fix the app so people can actually use it.
I've downloaded this app after watching Dr. Phil's program. I live in Ireland, I put my 2 sons and my partner before putting local police and 911. Test run worked beautifully.Three of them rang within 5 min. Didn't have to try since but I am confident as an Alderley person the thought of help is phone ring away. Thank you both. Love the programme. Still working on getting the app on the front screen.
Does not work So I downloaded this app just to have to be safe and to recommend to my friends and family. This does not work. No matter what link I click on it stays on the same page and I can't even read the articles. Would be a great app if it did what Dr Phil and Robin said it would. Fix it please so u could possibly save a life.
Could save a life I tested it and the app worked. The suggestions below are great and I hope the vendors keep updating. I have several clients that are child/teen victims of abuse as well as adults (all genders). I wish a recent client had this app a couple weeks ago... I would add a quick way to secretly call as well as text. A way without going to contact or phone screen, and that doesn't pull call screen up (maybe in a tiny window if necessary ) to allow safe person to hear whats going on. I don't see a way to donate?
I've read in previous comments that folks are having trouble tapping 3x and having the message send. If you don't have your location set on your phone it will not work. You can change your setting in this app. Go to "trusted contacts" and turn off "send location". Please try this. Because after I did it the message was sent. I have not figured out how to record yet, but I've only been looking through the app for ten minutes. This is an amazing concept and I'm very thankful that an app like this exists.
