CLZ Books is a subscription app, costing:

For this subscription fee, you get:

* access to our Core online book database, for full book details and cover art
* access to to our CLZ Cloud system, for syncing between devices, backups and online sharing

* access to our excellent customer support by email, 7 days a week

You can start a 7-day free trial from the app's start-up screen. The free trial automatically continues into the "Pay Monthly" subscription, unless you either:
- Switch to "Pay Yearly"
or
- Cancel through the Play Store.

Ratings and reviews

The app is great and makes scanning books fairly easy. It did freeze up and kick me out a few times but it did start back up without problems. What I didn't like about the app is that I received an email the day after I began using it asking why I had not uploaded to their cloud. There are also functions that you can't use such as downloading or printing your inventory unless you allow them access to your information. I personally found that quite intrusive.

Perfect app, makes things so much easier! As someone who is always buying books, and couldn't keep track of what I had, this was a must have for me! You can mark them as part of a series, and what order they go in, you also can edit any field to what ever you want if you want a different way. Now I always know what books I have in a series and never bought a double again! I've enjoyed it so much I use their Movie app too, and subscribe to the online service for a version of both on my laptop!

I've only just started using this app, but I like it so far. It seems to work well for my needs. The biggest feature it seems to be lacking, unless I'm missing something, is the ability to list multiple formats under a single book entry, rather than having to list the book multiple times for each format you own. Many of my books I have at least an ebook and a physical copy, and some books I've got ebook, paperback, and hardcover. Being able to list all three at the same time would be great.
