The SociEATy App will be your guide to building a healthy, balanced, diet-free lifestyle.

Created by a Registered Dietitian, the app uses an evidence-based mix of education, gentle nutrition, reflection, and support to guide you through giving up diets, strengthening hunger and fullness cues, breaking food rules, improving body image, self-care management and building a healthy relationship with all aspects of health and wellness that lasts a lifetime.

WHAT’S INSIDE:
DIET-FREE MEAL PLANNER: Learn how to fuel your body from a place of self-care to feel and be your best, healthiest and happiest self… all with no food rules!
MINDFULNESS JOURNAL: Our one-of-a-kind journal will guide you through learning how to listen to your body instead of diets, plans and rules. We even wrap up all of your entries into an easy-to-digest weekly summary so you can easily identify areas of strength and ones for improvement- making navigating your journey easy and crystal clear!
SELF-CARE HABIT TRACKER: You get to decide what, when and how self-care looks for you. Use our optional “Self-Care Cups” feature to stay mindful and reminded of your chosen self-care habits on a daily basis.

I watched Colleen's videos on YT for quite a bit before joining. And she's definitely that smart older sister/cousin that you talk to when things get too stressful. The app is easy to navigate, the recipes are simple and pretty good. The peppermint mocha overnight oatmeal is super yummy. It makes me excited to try more. The lessons aren't time consuming, just a few minutes, but I find that they really help with warding off overwhelm. You're definitely not alone here. You can do this!

The app is aesthetically pleasing. I really like the recipe section. I wish it would have saved my progress from the web based version but I guess I could use a refresher on the information anyway. I also wish there was an option to listen to the videos at a faster or slower speed. Having this as an app is easier to remember to log in and work on the course and I like that you can open the Facebook group directly from the app as Facebook can be distracting.

Best app ever!!! This app is so easy to navigate. It has a clean and organized layout so it isn't overwhelming. I love that it's customized to my needs. There are so many educational resources for practically any topic from body image to medical conditions. Everything you'll ever need on your intuitive eating journey is at your fingertips!
