Review from Mark Ritchie
Did not add anything to my visit. I installed this in the lobby of the Woodlands. Being a little nerdy, I thought it would be just the thing. No such luck; my paper daily map was way simpler and easier to use, not to mention read. The little icons are ridiculously generic. For a new visitor, how important are bus stops? Yet they use the same icon as parking lots. Not helpful. Anyway the almost-map is drawn in an unreadable light-on-light color. This will need to be as good as the giant paper map, to be usable to anyone.
Can't even set up an account so useless. I have an account for both the regular CW website as well as the CW shopping website and it says I don't have an account. So I tried to create an account and when I hit submit nothing happened. I wasted over 30 minutes if time I'll never get back and still can't log in. Good thing I go here all the time and know you don't really need this!
Worked great after adjusting font size setting on the phone! Initially the start screen was unresponsive and it turned out my large font setting was interfering with the start button. Shrank my font setting and then it was fine. This app is very handy and informative about schedules, attractions, and services, and you can buy tickets or make reservations right on your phone.
I am in Williamsburg and cannot get past start. I have Uninstalled the app installed again and still won't work
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHANGE YOUR FONT AND SCREEN SIZE TO MAKE THE APP WORK. THANKS ROBIN FOR THE DISCOVERY. WILLIAMSBURG NEEDS TO UPDATE THIS APP FOR MY OLD EYES!
Download Map has NEVER worked for me. 5 when it does.
downloaded it twice on my Galaxy 5. It won't get past start.
Mobile ticketing is here! Huzzah! With this release, you'll be able to purchase digital Admission and Event tickets. Buy Admission tickets for your day, reserve a Carriage Ride after lunch, and pick up last-minute tickets to an evening program—all without waiting in line.
