Worked first time no problem This was a breeze and it does what it says on the can - shows me my banking details.
No copy paste support My options are use a bad password that can easily be typed in or not have any kind of mobile banking app. I chose to keep my 24 character random password but might dump this bank. It is unacceptable that a feature built into every os since the early 90s is disabled in an effort to what keep the user SECURE. Can't be cause they won't let us use good passwords. If the app is not fixed by the end of summer I will have no choice but to leave and go to a bank with real mobile app support.
Can't log in Suddenly started getting a "system error", reinstalled and now it keeps asking me a bunch of security questions that I didn't set up and don't know the answer to. Huh?
No copy and paste = useless for me. No longer can I copy and paste from my password manager. My passwords are long and very secure, and there is no way I am going to be typing them in. That's what password managers are for; a secure way to store secure passwords and easily use them. Otherwise I would have to make them stupidly easy so I could remember them and easily type them in. Maybe even write them down (even easy PWs can be hard to remember when you have dozens of them). You should think about these things when you design your app.
Boooooo Fix this app, I'll change my rating. It keeps asking me a load of "security" questions I know I never set up. Not too comforting in a banking app.
Not able to log in After the update I haven't been able to log in I called the number that's prompt on the app but they couldn't figure it out either. I have the note 4
