Stopped working So we have been using this app since our bank changed over to Columbia Bank, app worked fine but since a couple weeks ago it disappeared off my home screen and completely stopped working completely. Oh, dont deposit a check via the app by taking a snap shot, it takes 3 business days to go thru.
New update crashes just past the splash screen. Kinda typical for CB, though. They're light years behind on innovating with and integrating technology. 06/10/2016 - UPDATE Well, it loads now and works okay. Raising the rating to three stars. I'll give you five when I can use my Columbia Bank debit card via Android or Samsung Pay services.
Dislike it Every two week I have to go online to change my password because the app won't except my password. Its so frustrating and an incivience. I'm ready to get rid of it unless someone can tell me how to fix this issue.
Biggest piece of $#!T app. They constantly update it and make it worse. Has not nearly the options of the online system. Now I can't even transfer money between accounts because their app sucks, so they can now charge me fees instead of allowing me to transfer funds online. Bill pay totally sucks and is difficult to navigate. Constant ongoing problems. Stick with going online or get another bank. I've been trying to use it for years.
Don't update!! Was working great til I updated app. Now I cant login. Error every time. Uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times and still no luck. Just garbage.
No longer working I constantly use this app before I make purchases, and over the last week or so since the last update, I continue to get errors and the app will not let me use it.
