You initiate logging in as usual, entering the login in the browser, but instead of entering the masked password characters, you can complete the process in the app: by entering the PIN, applying your fingerprint or using Face ID.

The mobile version is quite poor. Can't do some things of the desktop version, like get statements. I can't create new entity to send the transfer: only the option to pick from the existing list. I can't use fingerprint to log in although this option presented but not working. I can't find how to make a statement for an account: either it does not exist or it's hidden so good that humans can't find it. Have to finish the review to turn on my PC to finish these tasks.

Not refreshing itself and cannot sign transfers with fingerprint, worse than before! I've got some transfers to be signed, after signing them they are still visible as to be signed.

there is definately somethink to work on. clarity of app is low. fingerprint reader doesn't work any other bank app including ING for private. I also can't see all the entered orders what ever I do. big disappointment :-(.

What's new

In this app update we added BLIK - from now on you can pay online and at payment terminals, make deposits and withdraw cash from ATMs using BLIK. In addition, we have made other improvements that will make the use of the app even more convenient.
