Ratings and reviews

The app is simple to use however if you prefer to book a taxi, for example 2 days in advance I'd expect it to be there on time instead I found that 1/3 of the time it just wouldn't turn up, maybe less of a complaint with the app that the company itself however it ruined the experience for me, I wouldn't use again

Driver great, however taxi arrived 10 minutes later than booked. Not good for an airport run. Tried calling after scheduled pick up time had passed and got an automated message advising driver being sourced. Won't use again!

driver was smoking in the car before he picked us up. absolutely stinking, had to open all the windows. challenged him, he said he did it because he had nothing else to do.
