The Xfinity Home app lets you stay connected to your home even when you’re on the go. Arm and disarm your system, create automated rules, access video to see when the kids get home, or turn on the lights and adjust the temperature before you walk through the door. It’s quick, easy and always available on your smartphone or tablet.

This app performs very poorly overall. Often takes several cases of closing and reopening- even force closing- just to get to the home page. Otherwise it is stuck in loading indefinitely and/or gives a "We see you're offline" message making it inaccessible. This is regardless of being connected to WiFi or through mobile data, but mobile data is even worse. It is frustrating to fight the app for a few minutes just to disarm my system and enter my home. Not having the best experience.

Recently the app doesn't allow for me to change the specific time to set an automation disarm / arm. I don't know why, it just doesn't allow for me to as the app immediately force closes on me when I click to edit the time. Everything else works okay, but I cannot edit the time anymore. I needed to edit the time because I have a new work schedule and needed alterations to the time and days. That's all.

Xfinity fix the app. Why have the app available if we have to constantly restart it, refresh it, or uninstall/reinstall it? It will not allow me to view my cameras or arm it from my phone. Just fix the app. Stop telling people to contact you. Because you're not able to do anything about it from the phone, so just have your technical department fix it. It's that simplešŸ¤·šŸæā€ā™€ļø
