After having months of issue free use of the app, once again it's all screwed up after the update. The lights don't work anymore, the thermostat always reads that it's set to 45 degrees. I can change it and it will go to my set temp but the so will read it's set to 45 no matter what, including error notice. Cameras are getting worse with time. One light box hasn't worked for months, the other can't be controlled anymore. I was thinking Comcast would fix this problem since I'm not the only one but no such luck. Knowing the other times the update totally screwed up the app for me it will probably be months again! It seems that comcast can't get things right.
Since the last update a few days or so ago it's been changing the cool setting on the thermostat to 45 degrees on its own it never did this before, was always rock solid. You need to fix this ASAP having a thermostat control app change itself to extreme temperatures on its own could be dangerous
Security system sometimes chirps without the door even opening up. And on occasion, also gives false readings on door sensors in the middle of night. But for the most part, it works and we feel safe
Works very well. Use Android app and it actually arms & disarms system faster. Easy to use, granddaughter insists on putting code in when we leave or come home. Feel secure and protected.
App has stopped letting me choose a zone, I click the zone and app shuts down. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Also doing it on roommates phone.
Can we get package deals, for window sensors and glass shatter sensors for low priced packages to buy????? E.G. 5 window sensors and a motion sensor for xxxx amount of dollars. Love the system just can't afford to buy single sensors per window when you have like 30 windows in your house. You guys need to update the home tablet accessory you need to be able to take pictures and record with that also when your phone's not around. Thank you
