Until now, I had 110% faith in this application. However, after experiencing an outage that lasted all evening, the television service was restored. A few minutes later, the rest of our services were normal. An hour later, I recheck the connection status to find the results still showing the tiny red dot beside the three parts of our service. Keep in mind, all was back to normal. After 90 minutes, the same incorrect results being shown from this application. On a side note, I restarted this application a total of 3 times in addition to restarting my phone to ensure I was giving this application every chance I could to report realistic information.
Unable to inform of outage. App states no outages and it MUST be my equipment fault... well, that is not the case. Comcast needs to have a way to inform them so they can see it's more than just an individual. I've been on hold for over 30 minutes and still no-one. Terrible customer service
Good for accessing general account information and for your basic troubleshooting. However, whenever we experience service outages (and there have been many), updates are not managed in real time. The app has been fairly useful outside of that.
App says I ni longer have an account. Web page lets me login just fine. Just another thing comcast does wrong. Great job. You are again on track to win the worst company in America award.
I am done with Comcast. I am going back to DISH. I was charged twice for the same bill and they would not give me my money back because the person I spoke to (who wasn't an American) said that because the payments were already taken from my debit by comcast that I could not get my $300 back. This is BS. I hate Comcast. Every time I have to call I always get connected to someone who barely knows English and has no idea what they are talking about. Comcast is a crooked company. They take money from people even when bills are paid in full. Comcast is the absolute worse cable provider in the country. I hate comcast and the people who work there are all thieves and steal from people.
If I perform a system restart, on Saturday, the app shouldn't tell me that I can't do another one on Monday when my remote isn't responding. I don't like that this app tells me I just performed one and if I'm having problems to call. Also, get some consistency with your icons, they should all resemble each other. It was difficult to find this app because I expected black and red, not white and blue.

· There’s a new connection status screen that displays all details related to an outage, including estimated time of resolution (when available) and information about recently resolved outages.
