Xfinity is garbage. I have had issues with them every single month for the past year or longer. Now I can't even get their stupid flex box to work so I'm not able to watch anything unless I use my phone. I will be changing service providers soon unless they get their act together and give me atleast a month of free service. Oh yeah, the support chat in this app also stopped working after they supposedly made it easier to use. Good job losers.

The my account is is pretty terrible. No matter how many times I've logged in before it ALWAYS gives me an error message and I have to sign out and sign back in. Most of the features in the app seem to work well enough but it's super irritating to have to log in every time, plus it never seems to remember the location I want to use even after clicking the box that says "remember this selection the next time I log in". Get your act together Xfinity

The app only works about half the time I use it and there are numerous "infinite loops" as well as logic errors in their software. These errors render myself and others unable to fully access their account details on a regular basis without contacting someone via phone call. The live chat system feels like a beta test and yet they repeatedly force us to use the option. This looks and feels like bare minimum, little effort software engineering (or at least poor planning).
