The app charged me twice. Called customer service and they said I would get the refund in two weeks. Two weeks goes by still no refund, called customer service and they said the person I talked to didn't submit the information needed to get my refund. So now I am not getting a refund. Thanks again xfinity for the great app you have provided us. This app sucks
Hate xfinity... Why do I need an app when the website was working fine? Your forcing me to install a program on my phone that takes up space, needs questionable permissions, and is hardly functional. You really don't care about your customers. Also, while I'm watching TV, the app says I have no channel lineup... Dumb, inoperative, pointless garbage... Google Internet is almost here. Can't get here fast enough...
Outage What! Call Comcast about an outage, audio recording said check back in 24 hours. Thinking no way Comcast services going to be down for 24 hours. But then the voice recording like get this app for details about the outage. So I'm like Okay, downloaded - installed and sign in. Only if I can express how sad my face is right about the app not provided any info that the voice recording hasn't provided already. At least the voice recorder provided a eta of 24 hours.
I can't even set up a recording This app is terrible! All I want to do is to be able to set up a recording on my DVR using my phone while I am away from home. It just keeps me looping to other areas I the app. I'm so frustrated!
Never loads and very inaccurate The app wont load my information including logging in. Also if i can get in, comcast has me in active service with other services they have and i dont have them. I called many many times to get these issues cleared up and no help on either issue. They said no worries about the active services because they show i dont have them. As for the login issue, they still cant fix it. App is a bust...
Great Tool Last night, as I was watching a favorite show, Xfinity froze. I opened my trusty "My Account" app and noticed that all of my devices were "disconnected." But I also noticed the highlighted message indicating that "maintenance" was being done from 1:30AM to 6:00AM. So, no panicking! I accepted the news and went to sleep, confident that my devices were fine, and they would be available in the morning. Thank you for this handy tool.
