Please help me. After recent update, the app will not work. It just says something like "Looks like you're not online, go to settings to turn on Wi-Fi." when I'm clearly on my home xfinity internet... I dont know how to pay my bill besides driving out of town, or using this app...
Not my user sign up I didn't even get a chance to choose my user name or password to access this mobile app but apparently xfinity did it for me now I have to call.to.change it. Bullshit I should have the ability to make my OWN log in and user name annoying
Dosen't show Jack squat at all. Kept saying zero balance for my account
Old account I moved and transferred service to a new address. App only gives information for old address, so amount due is always zero. I have not been able to change it to the new account to get amount due.
Amazing Support said to call back tomorrow to fix my issue and the app fixed it right away!!!!
Needs paper bills and bills on the app to match When I paid my first bill I looked on my app and it said 0 balance on my bill and my paper bill said my bill was still unpaid.
