Useless Can't log in, technical help is useless... this is one of the few things more worthless than comcast service over the phone. Zero stars.
Mystery app, but great for conflict reso You would never know what you can do in this app without clicking on containers that might be buttons. Also, why don't you tell me details of my services? How fast is my internet?
Stopped Working Does not work anymore. Cannot log in. Will have to uninstall from my phone.
Frustrating Used to work very well. Gave me results.....until the update. Now, not only do I sit on hold to be hung up on, I sit a watch the app say it cannot process this and that. Way to let me down on multiple platforms, Comcast/Xfinity or whatever you wanna be called this month.
Doesn't work like it says I was told to use the app if there were anymore issues with a channel not coming in. The agent said I could schedule a tech to come out and look at the equipment if I needed. Well there is no option for this. And if you use the troubleshoot at the end it stops working. So the app is buggy to say the least.
What a waste This could be useful if it worked. DVR issues since last week. No answers as to why, this app doesn't help. Customer service doesn't help. Why do they pretend this is helpful? It worked for a few months when I first installed it, which is why I give it 2 stars.
