It's about time! Fantastic fantastic fantastic app. It allows me to troubleshoot my issues without having to call Comcast and wait to speak with someone for 20 minutes. I can review my bill in detail and also pay it. I can even change my wireless network name and password anytime. Fantastic and innovative application here guys!
This app sucks Glitchy, never has up to date information, limited number of things you can do on it that actually help you with your account. I hate it. Was better before update. And yes having to store your credit card info to make a payment is very stupid on Comcast part forcing customers to do this or else you can't make a payment very stupid.
Forced to store info No longer can make a payment, without storing credit card, or back information. This is bullshit, I used to make all my payments via this app, now I will no longer use it. There's no reason to force customers to store or information, if we don't want to. You're supposed to make customers, giving you money easy, not worse. It was fine before, change it back! Piece of crap update, this is useless to me, deserves minus 1 stars for this nonsense!
the damn app wont rotate with the screen. im having to log in sideways.very crappy. all the other xfinity apps rotate, why wont this one rotate? its the only app on my tablet that wont rotate. my keyboard is horizontal and my xfinty app is sideways (left side laying down) i have to keep flipping the screen to read it
Frustrated beyond belief Isn't there a way to sync the app with the actual email account, so when I swipe to delete an email or junk mail, it might also be deleted in the account? So when I go on my email, via my laptop, every six months or so there aren't over 4000 emails for me to delete? I've got better things to do with a Sunday afternoon.
Worthless It doesn't help manage the account. No option to send refresh signals to the equipment. If you don't buy X1 you aren't worth much to them and their Agents encourage you to download apps that don't help because they are tired of taking to you.
